DuPont State Forest is known for some of the most spectacular waterfalls in North Carolina (Triple Falls, High Falls, Hooker Falls). There are also some off the beaten path "secret" waterfalls if you know where to look!
For our Winter Solstice hike, we decided to visit a series of these "Secret" waterfalls.
Since I have been sworn to secrecy, I am not going to reveal any details as to the location of these waterfalls.
