While we didn't have any snow here in Spartanburg, the higher elevations of Rutherford County, North Carolina received a good bit of snow from the recent storm. Since we were visiting Amy's parents in Rutherfordton that afternoon, we decided on a short morning snow hike along the way.
There was a lot more snow than expected which made for a beautiful scene. We didn't hike very far, but we definitely enjoyed our morning playing in the snow!
