Steve and Jeff - PIGLET ENEMY BBQ
As posted a few days ago, my buddies Steve and Jeff competed in this years Blue Ridge BBQ Festival in Tryon, NC.
They finished middle of the pack, which is pretty good considering most of the BBQ teams they were competing against do this type of thing professionally. While Steve and Jeff are just a couple of guys who like to hang out and cook up some kick-ass BBQ!

BEEF BRISKET:
43rd out of 89 teams

71st out of 89 teams
OVERALL RANKING:
54th out of 89 teams
PIGLET ENEMY is hoping to take their BBQ skills to the next level by entering additional BBQ competitions and picking up some local catering gigs.

Damn! I'm impressed! For a first time out against top talent, that's pretty darned good! (Also, I want to eat some of that barbecue!)
Damn Steve, you have a good lookin BUTT! Would like to try some sometime, as long as you know I'm talking about the pork butt n not yours, LOL
