Gypsy Moth Caterpillar

I am definitely not a fan of these guys as they can wreck havoc on trees,
but they do make for a cool Macro Shot
Gypsy Moth Caterpillar (I think?)

That's defiantly an Eastern Tent Caterpillar. Gypsy caterpillars have a double series of red raised spots along the top.

Yes, it's an Eastern Tent Caterpillar (a native species), not a Gypsy Moth. These live in that white webbing you see on branch tips in the spring.
