Thanks to some Spring Hail Storms, State Farm Insurance, and Davis Roofing,
We now have a new roof!

The minor issue I posted earlier in the week has been taken care of.
Now all that is left is to wait for the next good rain, head to the attic, look for any leaks and hope we don't find any. We should be good for the next 30 years, or until the next hail storm!

Wayne, we are fortunate to live in an area of the country where you can get a lot more house for the money than most areas. I am sure we would not be able to afford this house if it was located in your area!

Thanks! The original owner was an architect who designed the home himself. It's one of a kind and has a lot of interesting architectural features, but it sure makes for a challenging roofing job!
